Water, Water, and Water

If there’s anything that’s common to everyone’s training program it’s to drink a lot of water. Fortunately, in Hawai’i, we have absolutely great tasting water. And it’s cheap enough–sometimes free.

The problem is getting enough of it.

I’ve been taking a stainless steel water bottle around with me everywhere at work. I’m not measuring how much I drink–considering how much ice I put in it I doubt I could get an accurate estimate–but my goal is to drink more water.

When I stop having cramps in my calf in the middle of the night, maybe I’ll be convinced I’m drinking enough.
