My Story, Part One Hundred Fifty Six

I’m running. I’m not much of a fan of running, but I’ve been doing it more and more recently since the Honolulu Marathon is coming.

This is not to say that the Honolulu Century Ride isn’t coming sooner–it is–but I’m more concerned with my running than my riding.

I’m finding that the Garmin Forerunner 305 I recently got, combined with Garmin Connect and Daily Mile, are really helping me stay on top of my game.

That and my somewhat revamped diet–can you say multivitamins and water?–seem to be helping my cramps.

In fact, if I can just get this iliotibial band syndrome managed better, I may do fine and dandy.
