My Story, Part One Hundred Sixty Two

This is the most stressful time in my life since my father had his stroke. My aunt has moved in with us, at least for awhile, since her memory is not what it typically is. Whether this is a resolvable delirium or a permanent dementia is not clear, and we won’t know for a few weeks.

In the meantime, running is saving my sanity.

I’ve not had the time to blog here as I’ve been doing in the past with needing to take care of my aunt as we’ve been doing for my mom, but I will as I can and I’m hoping next week I can really get back on track. In the meantime, here’s a recent four mile run where I went as fast as I can–which is not fast, but it’s fast for me:

Hope all is well with you.
