My Story, Part One Hundred Three

I’m on the downside of the cycle. One of the best things about working out is that it helps manage stress; one of the worst things about working out is when you don’t do it, you can really feel your stress acutely.

Like right now, when any touch to my neck brings a crack and I can barely hold my head up on a ride to see my front wheel.

That said, I’m riding, even if not at my best, and running. And I have a couple of events in April.

The future is soon. I’ll be there.
