My Story, Part One Hundred Six

There’s no question that I can manage my stress better when I’m working out. The pain between my shoulders lessens considerably when I’m on the bike, in my running shoes, in the pool, or on the weight bench.

When I’m not doing those things, it takes me days to just get to the point where moving my neck doesn’t make my whole body creak.

What is it about exercise that makes me not do it? Not only do I know it helps me in so many ways, I feel better when I do it. Yet, I don’t always make time for it like I intend.

There’s a big gap between knowing and doing–and in this case, knowing, feeling, and doing. Now to close that gap.
