My Story Part One Hundred Twenty-One

I’m going, ready or not. Sunday is the Hale’iwa Metric Century, and whether I’m going to do great or not will be determined by the training I’ve already done.

There’s nothing to do but get a little bit of rest and drive across the island early on Sunday for a 62 mile bike ride.

I’m hoping my training was sufficient. I feel pretty decent, even though the weather and my schedule have conspired to make my training less than optimal. I have a positive result in the Ford Island Bridge 10K to build on, and I’m feeling pretty quick on the bike.

Let’s hope that Sunday goes well.
