Rebooting My Training Schedule

I’ve had a couple of uneven weeks with events (the Hale’iwa Metric Century and the Jamba Juice Bananaman Run), which have combined with the weather and the rest of my life to make my training schedule erratic, to say the least–and let’s not forget my flat old laziness.

So, right now, I’m writing down this week’s training schedule:

Sunday: 3 hour bike ride, easy

Monday: 1 hour bike ride, hard

Tuesday: Off

Wednesday: 3 mile run, hard

Thursday: 1 hour bike ride, hard; 5 mile run, easy

Friday: 3 mile run, hard

Saturday: 3 hour bike ride, easy

Let’s see how this goes over the next few days. I’m putting this up here as a reminder to myself, as well as to hold myself accountable. And those of you who follow me on Twitter, feel 100% free to call me on my schedule if I seem to be slacking off.
