I’m tired, but I have to keep going. Since starting up a second class I’m teaching (there weren’t enough students for me to do two a week for awhile), I’m left with less time to train. Fortunately, since the marathon is over, I’m more into doing two workouts in a day when I’m off–both cycling and running, and maybe three soon.
I’m still aiming for a nice time on Sunday this week at my 5K, and I have a hike on Saturday too. Plus a bike ride on Thursday and Saturday, and runs Thursday and Friday.
It’s nice to be training again.
