My Story, Part One Hundred Seventy Six

I’m intrigued because while on front I’ve made zero progress, on another I’ve made tremendous progress.

Due to the influence of Racing Weight, I’ve been very closely tracking my weight and body fat–daily, in fact, as well as running a “stress test” (my own term) on Sundays, currently a three mile time trial.

When I started doing this, on December 26, 2010, my weight was 179.8 pounds, my body fat was a miserable 29.1%, and my per mile pace was 10:59.

On Sunday at the Bob and Ron’s 5K, my weight was 179.8–identical–my body fat an even more miserable (though certainly within margin of error) 29.3%, but my per mile pace was 9:07–1:52 faster than just two weeks ago.

Interesting, interesting, and interesting.
