My Story, Part One Hundred Eighty Three

I’m frustrated, even though I’m running decently. This weekend was just about a total failure to get anything done, and two flats on Sunday was the last straw.

I was expecting the worst during today’s run, but for a five miler with some hills, things went pretty well. The last time I did a non-race five mile “stress test” I averaged a pace of 10:57; today it was 10:39.

10K on Sunday. I have a bit more work to do first, but I’m believing I can do well.
