My Story, Part One Hundred Eighty Six

I’m hopeful for an injury free last couple of weeks of training. It’s been a tough few weeks with work, my part time jobs, and my family all presenting issues.

I’ve still been largely able to stay on track with my workouts.

I haven’t been able, however, to lose the weight I want or follow my diet as closely as I’d like. I feel like I have the weight of the world on my shoulders (but fortunately not around my belly).

Let’s make things happen over the next couple of weeks.
