I’m trying to get back on track. The past week was horrendously busy, the weather was poor, and my bike needed a new rear tire.
And after running that sub 10 minute mile paced 10K, I wasn’t really feeling myself yet.
Today, after an insanely early day (assisting with technical matters at a 7 am wedding), I finally changed my rear tire and rode an hour on the bike.
Still got a long way to go, and it’s still running time with the Great Aloha Run in a week!
