My Story, Part One Hundred Ninety Five

I’m still not where I want to be. I’m improving in lots of ways–including my weight–but my sugars have been running high and I seem to be more anxious than I can remember being.

To try to counter that, I’m reducing my caffeine intake.

Which is really hard to do when you love Diet Pepsi and coffee drinks as much as I do.

I’m hoping that this helps me be not only lighter and healthier, but less anxious. And further along my way to where I really want to be: lighter, stronger, faster, healthier, with more endurance.
