My Story, Part One Hundred Ninety Seven

I’m slipping. It’s been an eventful week for me and I’m behind in my workouts–and I’m feeling more and more tired, maybe because I’ve been trying to cut back on my caffeine intake.

I’m running on Wednesday for sure, and again on Thursday. I have a 10K on Saturday that I feel undertrained for. And with a bunch of parties I’ve been overeating too.

I have to work on this.
