My Story, Part One Hundred Ninety Nine

I’m not having fun, but I am getting fitter. Waking up at 4:30 am on Saturdays for running is not exactly my idea of a great time (even though I love, love, love, love my running partners) but it’s working.

I hate hills, even though I’m doing them.

To me, working out is just that–work. It’s not a bunch of fun, it’s work, and like in my life of work, I don’t miss work very often.
